Catching Up.

Hey there, what audience I have left after not posting for a while. I have not posted in a year and my painting muse left me until January 2024. My last painting in 2023 was in March. So,0 let's just post what I've done in the meantime 

Edgartown Harbor with Chappaquiddick Ferry. 11x 14 oil on canvas board. 

It's a bit clunky having not painted for a year. The ferry bridges the 100 yards between Edgartown and Chappaquiddick and "dance" around each other on their journeys. The sailboat is the Catboat Charter that has given tours for decades. This is from a photo I took from the second story of the Memorial Dock. This is a waterfall on a tributary of the Delaware River in Upstate NewYork.A friend has a lake house nearby and had a bunch of people over. We spent and afternoon hanging around the falls. This is a friend enjoying the falls

This is from a photo by a friend who travels around upstate NY. Most of my painting get confused with actual photgraphs, since I tend to be detailed and this was one of those.

 I haven't been posting in a while so here's a couple of art sales via Pixels, Fine Art America/Pixels

I just returned to posting on Red Bubble and sold 20 postcards of the Sanktay Lighthouse Sunrise (Nantucket)

I also sold two jigsaw puzzle of my Hamilton Ontario Snowy Barn to someone in Hamilton. The link show the announcement page and here's the picture of it

 

new painting - Ocean Grove Surfer - Waiting

 I love the Jersey Shore and Ocean Grove in particular. I was walking along and saw this guy sitting on a surf board watching the waves. Unless there's a hurricane out at sea, the surf is rather meager so he it waiting  most likely in vain. As usual, you can by stuff with this image on it at the pixels website
